Some things to consider when booking a personal training session with me:

DO YOU MODIFY FOR INJURIES?

Absolutely! This is one of the first questions I ask my new personal training clients. I believe in smarter, not harder exercising. If we agree there is room for us to rehabilitate the area, we will incorporate targeted strengthening exercises as well.

ARE YOU ABLE TO TRAIN MORE THAN ONE PERSON AT A TIME?

Absolutely! If you find that a workout buddy works best for you, then I can also discount the session price for each of you! Please contact me for more details.

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

A good place to start is:

  • Pair of 5lbs dumbbells

  • Pair of 10lbs dumbbells

  • Pair of 15lbs dumbbells

  • Stability Ball

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?

Through my 21 years tenure in health and fitness I have found the most common difference between a good and great workout is proper form. By booking a personal training session with me at my home gym in Long Beach, or delivered to a location of your choosing, you guarantee yourself deep insight into exercise, movement and the human body.
